Rules & Regulations

• The Competition is divided into two categories for Schools and for Induviduals.
• The 1st prize for both categories will be awarded the Green SloganAward  2015 and Green Slogan Award for Schools  with the  winners  being awarded a cash prize of QAR 5000/-
• A 2nd and 3rd place is included in the school category, with a cash prize of QAR 2000/- for the 2nd place and QAR 1000/-for the 3rd place respectively.
• Participant must have a minimum age of 14 years of age or studying in Grade 9 if participating through schools by the date of submission.
• Slogan Entry MUST be on the theme “My Environment, My Responsibility”
• CONTESTANT MUST HAVE A VALID RESIDENT PERMIT IN QATAR
• Contest will begin on the 17th of February and end on 28th February at 12:00AM GMT+3
• Competition medium is English to ensure maximum and fair competition
• Maximum characters (including spaces) for a submission is limited to 150 characters.
• Only 1 entry per contestant.
• Slogans must be original creations of the participant, plagiarism will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification.
• Winner and runners up will be chosen by a Special Jury; the final judgment will be at their sole discretion.
• Winning slogan will be awarded Green Slogan of the Year in an official ceremony on 8th March.
• Contestant may be required to send Qatari I.D on request of the organizers during the Judgment Process.
• All slogans are copyright to the participant. Although we check vigilantly, If you have any complaints of plagiarism you can prove please send us an email at [email protected]
• Members of the Organizing Committee, the Q-Reliance staff and their families are not eligible to participate in the competition
• The Rules & Regulations may be subject to further change.
